Fastcap® Ultracapacitors is a subsidiary of Nanoramic, Inc.®, a company that specializes in advanced material solutions based on nano-carbons. Nanoramic’s® advanced materials solutions are enabling for a number of energy storage technologies including high performance ultracapacitors, which rely on nanocarbon-based electrodes.
Fastcap® Ultracapacitors is an industry leader in harsh environment energy storage, producing the only ultracapacitors capable of operating in temperatures up to 150°C and under conditions of high shock and vibration.
Fastcap's ultracapacitor technology is derived from years of government funded research and development in advanced materials, including the application of carbon nanotubes in electrochemical systems as well as dispersion, compounding and coating processes for composites of nanotubes and other carbons.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Christopher Deane
Chris began his career working for one of the largest primary cell battery manufacturers in the world after graduating from Boston University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Fastcap in 2009 and focused his work on developing the ruggedized high temperature ultracapacitors. Now he is focused on scaling the technologies as the COO. Chris has been the technical lead on multiple technology transfers and a leader in design for manufacturing.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
John Hyde
John has a strong background in chemical engineering and extensive experience in the energy storage and medical device development industries. He has been employed at Nanoramic since 2016, where he has been involved in product development, product design for manufacturability, electrochemical development, and nanotechnology development. John hods a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
